- RSV available to patients up to 8 months of age
- COVID available to patients 6 months and up. Only patients at this time
- Flu available to patients 6 months and up and parents/caregivers

Please help us give a warm welcome to our newest Weissbluth Pediatrics provider, Andrew Kowalczyk D.N.P., C.P.N.P.! 🤗

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Andrew is a dedicated healthcare professional with a deep commitment to pediatric care. He earned a Master’s in Nursing from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University. Before beginning his career as a nurse practitioner, Andrew spent seven and a half years as a pediatric intensive care nurse, gaining extensive experience in high-acuity environments and family-centered care. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on Chicago's very own sports teams as well as abroad—Up the Chelsea! ⚽️

▪ Wed, 12/25 - All offices are closed
▪ Tues 12/31 - All offices are open 8a-1p
▪ Wed, 1/1/25 - All offices are closed
▪ Normal office hours of 8a-6p on other weekdays.
▪ Weekend office hours are 10a-2p (Northwestern office only)
