The Learning Never Stops Over Here!

This past weekend, Dr. Andrea headed to Vancouver, BC, for a continuing education course (with the very funny title “Your Pelvic Floor Sucks”) led by Lindsay Mumma.

And while the name might make you laugh, the topic is anything, but — your pelvic floor plays a huge role in how you move, feel, and function every single day.

From core stability and posture to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, athletic performance, and even things like low back pain or leaking when you sneeze... it’s all connected.

Our team is always committed to learning, growing, and bringing the most up-to-date care back to our patients. This weekend was all about diving deeper into pelvic health, understanding the body even better, and expanding the ways we can support you. In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, our team will be visiting Bell Elementary, Audubon Elementary, and Hamilton Elementary to celebrate and support the incredible teachers who work tirelessly for our students every day. Whether it’s setting up in a teachers’ staff lounge, visiting a firehouse or police station during a lunch break, supporting nurses during a wellness day, or providing sidelines care at local races and sporting events, our chiropractic and massage therapy team is here to help your group feel their best.

We bring hands-on care, positive energy, and a genuine passion for helping others move, feel, and live better. We would also love the opportunity to visit your organization, hospital, or clinic to support your team with wellness services, appreciation events, or special staff gatherings.
