Forma, Inc. Forma, Inc was created in 2006 and since its inception has been a leader in fulfilling client’s needs in all phases of architecture.

The main goal of our team is to create seamless tie with existing environment and lasting significance. Forma, Inc., with assistance of our consultants, can provide a whole range of project services from initial design and construction documentation to permitting and construction administration. We can assist you in the following services:
-Design of New Facilities- Our experienced staff can design new facilities based on your needs and program of required spaces. Some of our previous projects include:
1.0 Large mix use multi-story buildings
2.0 Multi-family housing
3.0 Retail centers
4.0 Large to Small single family homes
5.0 Tenant improvements of leasing spaces, especially dental and medical offices.
- Renovation of Existing Buildings- Many of our clients are property owners. These projects require special attention and experience in construction methods used in Chicago area over the last couple of centuries. With the help of our consulting structural engineers we provide ultimate solutions in new space design using the existing boundaries of structural integrities. We approach each existing building project with goal to challenge our knowledge and make its owner proud to pass it over to the next generation.
- Violations and Permitting- Many Forma, Inc. clients/building owners face the problems of complying with municipal building codes. We can assists in interpreting building codes and help find the most advantageous solutions to building violations. Also, if necessary we help our clients in obtaining building permits in various stages of construction or construction under violations.
- Management- Forma, Inc. can represent its clients during construction process. Our experienced staff can monitor the progress of the construction work and confirm that work at the construction site is done per building codes and drawings, the material selected is high standard, the details used are safe and protect the building envelope from exterior weather conditions. We can be your eyes and ears at the construction site.
