Do:
▪Align your spine, including the neck
▪Hinge at the hips
▪Stand on the foot tripod of your feet
▪Stabilize with the opposite hand and arm
▪Move the weight as far as you can maintain shoulder joint alignment
▪Maintain wrist alignment
Avoid:
▪Positions that don't allow you to do the above.
