Who wants to do some Pilates and help out your favorite charity?

Let’s get everyone together - virtually, of course - for a special Pilates movement class with Rachel. We’ll workout our bodies as we earn some brownie points!

All we ask is that you donate, if you have the means, to a charity organization of your choice. e.g. Care For Real, Covenant House, Sarah's Circle, Night Ministry, Heartland Alliance, or whichever one is your favorite. If you don’t have the extra funds at the moment, we completely understand, and would still love for you to come move with us. This class will be appropriate for all levels, even if you are new to Pilates.

Lower back tight? Ours too! The wonderful AnnaMartine has put together a quick but effective routine you can easily do at home. We recommend doing it in that sun that coming through the windows today. (That’s what I did!) A little Vitamin D plus a little movement will do wonders for your mental health!
