We keep us safe and we keep us fed. Join us for an opportunity to support our community with food or goods through Nourishing Hope, an organization whose mission supports “Food For Today, Hope For Tomorrow”.

Bring in all good and drop them in a box in the lobby!

Please note that cans must have pop tops for ease of use for those who do not have access to a kitchen and must be unopened, unexpired, and non-perishable.

In addition to food we’d like to collect:
Personal hygiene products, bathroom supplies, and cleaning supplies — new and unopened.

This offering is one that counts toward your Continuing education hours if you’re currently a yoga instructor, or serve as an entry point for deepening your practice if you’re a student. All are welcome.

This Thursday join us and for a 90min Tarot Workshop to learn everything you need to know about starting a personal tarot practice.
Looking to let go of imposter syndrome and deepen your connection to your cards? This workshop is for you!

You will learn card meanings through visual storytelling, and several approaches to building a personal tarot practice that will help you better connect to your intuitive voice. You’ll leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of your cards and the confidence to practice tarot daily— everyone can be a tarot reader.

If you have a deck of your own, bring it!! Some decks will be available to share.

Kyla will be raffling off a tarot deck! ♥️
