With over a decade of experience in event operations and live music, she’s passionate about community connection and believes movement, nature, and music are powerful forms of medicine. Her warmth and positive energy shine through in every patient interaction. 🌿🎶💛

Rachel, originally from Louisiana and raised in Texas, has been a proud Chicagoan since 2019. With nearly 20 years of customer service experience, she’s dedicated to making every patient feel supported. Outside of work, Rachel is an actor and theatre professional, and you can often find her exploring Andersonville with her husband Garrett and their dog Emmie, catching a theater show, or tending to her community garden. 🎭🐾🌱
