Now more than ever, eating to nourish our body is so important. My husband made the butternut squash turmeric soup with full fat coconut milk in lieu of dairy. The bread is a gluten free dark rye bread from one of my favorite sources for healthy, clean recipes
I have made countless recipes from her site and they never disappoint! This was my first time making the gluten free rye bread and it will now be staple in our home! Thank you

Centered Family,
While this was a difficult decision to make, the Centered Team decided to close for the next two weeks. Our patient population and our team comes from all walks of life that includes traveling, living in the city, taking public transit, etc. With this in mind, we want to make sure no one passes along the virus unknowingly in our office.

We do apologize for any problem this may cause you. We take seriously the important care we provide our patients, but we believe it is our responsibility to follow the CDC and Illinois recommendations.

Hannah will be reaching out to reschedule all appointments from March 16-27th. Our plan is to reopen March 30th. Of course, that might change but we will continue to monitor the situation and continue to communicate with all of you.

Please continue to monitor the CDC and Illinois updates and recommendations.

We hope everyone stays safe and takes care of themselves during this time.

Do the moons phases have an emotional or physical impact on us?
Studies have shown crazy things for like instance, International Journal of Nursing Practice found that the number of hospital admissions related to gastrointestinal bleeding increased significantly during the full moon.
Epilepsy increased 11% during the full moon.
Patients who had surgery during a full moon were 79% less likely to have complications than those who had surgery during a new moon.
Since there is not yet scientific evidence, this information becomes a big
MYSTERY!!
