In the past month, we’ve successfully trained 32 dedicated caregivers through our Initial Orientation & Training—a comprehensive, 16+ hour program designed to set up our team for success.

What makes this training special:
-Exceeds all state requirements
-Includes 6 hours focused on Alzheimer’s & Dementia care, and
-Features an in-person session led by our Director of Nursing, Connie Lord, RN.

We believe in building confidence and competence from Day One—and our team’s feedback proves it works. This is more than onboarding—it’s about cultivating compassionate, skilled professionals who are prepared to make a real difference.
