I began my transformative journey into healing when a dear friend introduced me to the profound teachings of Kabbalah (and to clarify, it wasn't through Madonna, though I've heard she's quite devoted to it herself). This introduction marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life, leading me down paths that included embracing and mastering Reiki. As a Reiki Master for several years now, I have discovered immense personal growth and well-being through its daily practice. About Reiki:
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
