I’m incredibly happy to announce the reopening of Adams Skin Care! In order to provide the safest environment I have put into place the following guidelines:

1. Services for clients only so please arrive to your appointment alone. The waiting area is currently off limits to guests or friends and no one else besides myself and the client for the time being. Please arrive wearing a face covering out of respect for the common areas of the building. I will be wearing an N95 mask during treatments.

2. I am modifying my booking system so that I have a minimum of 30 minutes in between clients to properly sanitize. As always I will be adhering to the Illinois State guidelines using professional strength disinfectants on all surfaces including all instruments used during treatments. High touch areas such as doorknobs etc will also be sterilized in between each client.

3. Per the state of Illinois guidelines I will be taking contactless temperature screenings upon arrival and will kindly ask that you sign a waiver stating that you have had no signs of illness or been exposed to anyone who has within the past 4 weeks.
4. Out of respect if you happen to see clients within the common areas of the building, please maintain 6 to 8 feet of distance.

5. As an extra precaution I took and successfully passed Barbicide’s COVID-19 sanitation certification class and will continue to adhere to their standards of disinfecting practices.

I’m also happy to announce that I am taking appointments 7days a week including morning and evening appointmens. If you don’t see an available time that works with your schedule please text me at (773) 865-2864 and I’ll get you in! I can’t wait to see you all, I’ve missed everyone so much,

After in natural light no filter. A tiny bit of redness. Which I expect to subside. I followed up with a synthetic snake venom serum (SYN-AKE) which is an anti-wrinkle material based on a synthetic tripeptide that “mimics” the effects of a peptide found in the venom of the Temple Viper snake. (Think topical botox). A 10% Vitamin C treatment which has my favorite derivative of vit C (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) and lastly a favorite oil blend. Mine contains rose hip seed, olive and avacado oil.

Trying The Ordinarys AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeing Solition. It only has a pH of 3.6 so obviously it’s not professional grade but I like that there is a bit of action. This would probably be a good at home exfoliation solution for people with sensitive skin. The AHA’s are Glycolic, Lactic and Tartaric Acid. The BHA is Salicylic. I can post follow up pics in a few days. This is a good weekly option for people who are waiting to maintain overall skin health. Anti-aging, smoothing and brightening properties make it a nice multifunctioning treatment.
