After a busy workday, giving yourself time to unwind is essential for your well-being and productivity. Your evening routine sets the tone for restful sleep and a fresh start tomorrow.

Here’s my go-to PM routine to help you shift out of work mode and into relaxation:
👚 Change clothes to signal the end of your workday
🥗 Eat a nutritious meal to refuel
🥪 Pack your meals and snacks for tomorrow
💬 Spend quality time with loved ones
🚶‍♀️ Decompress with a walk, favorite show, or games
👗 Choose and lay out your clothes for the morning
🗓️ Use Sunday to prep for the week ahead
🛏️ Prioritize a consistent bedtime for 7 to 9 hours of sleep

Summer brings longer days, warmer temperatures, and a fresh opportunity to prioritize your well-being. Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to nourish your body, support digestion, maintain energy, and stay sharp during a busy day at work.

Here’s how I love to keep hydration simple and delicious:

🥤 Sip water throughout the day, not just when you feel thirsty.
🍉 Load up on hydrating, water-rich foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and strawberries.
🌿 Infuse your water with herbs, berries, or citrus for an extra boost of flavor.

For the featured recipe, note that you may use plain sparkling water for a fizzy pick-me-up in place of soda or a cocktail.
