Early 6-week results for my beautiful patient who wanted to correct her "bags", her tired eyes, and her overall sad appearance.⁠

I performed an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, together with judicious facial fat grafting. She is only 6 weeks post-op and still with obvious swelling to go, but already looking more refreshed, but still herself. ⁠

We are full swing into female/mommy makeover season! :)

This lovely patient is 6 months post-surgery. Her transformation consisted of a breast lift with auto augmentation and an abdominoplasty with liposuction 360 of her torso, back, and flanks.

I know many of you are fearful of a tummy tuck..but it truly is life-changing.

It's the first 3 days that are the worst in terms of discomfort...then you all agree....not so bad. And definitely worth it. 😍

Early 6 weeks postop for my beautiful patient in her 30s who was unhappy with her breast size, asymmetry, and droopiness. She is so happy she finally did this for herself, and we are too. :)

A breast reduction can take 2-3 hrs, and is performed as an outpatient procedure.

I do not use drains, and most patients only take pain medications for 24-36 hrs and are back at a desk job in 7 days.

Six weeks for full activity release, but overall, one of the more tolerable/easier surgeries I perform (in terms of recovery).

3 months post-op for my lovely patient in her 40s, who lost a significant amount of weight and was unhappy with her loose and excessive upper arm skin.

While these scars are not insignificant, they do fade with time. Patients are so incredibly happy to be able to wear properly fitting clothing and not have to go up a size or two simply because of their arms.

She hated how she looked pregnant, still several years after her pregnancies.

An extreme example of a re**us diastasis or muscle separation for this mid-40s mom of two. A re**us diastasis is very common after pregnancy, but is ALSO very common after weight fluctuations and can even be present simply as a result of genetics.

Only an abdominoplasty with muscle plication can correct this.

Life-changing. 😊
