We just need to get up and move! Movement is medicine.
Many of us spend our days sitting. At work - in the car - scrolling social - binge watching Netflix - and so much more through our days. We just sit. And it is destroying our health.
Well - I’m challenging you to GET UP & Move!
Our bodies are designed to move. They want to move. Movement is life - it keeps us strong & healthy - both physically & mentally.
So I’m challenging you to GET UP and MOVE with us. It doesn’t need to be hours in the gym - I just want to challenge you to do something every day to get your body moving simply.
This is precisely what my newest online fitness program is all about - we’re literally using a chair as our only equipment in the program, and we’re getting up out of it!
