We bought almost the entire block on 78 th and Cottage Grove. A former junk store that is now our repast room at 7851 S. Cottage Grove. A former vacant medical clinic at 7845 so. Cottage grove which is now our storage facility then 7801 S. Cottage Grove which is now our parking lot holding over 75 cars. A vacant building where drugs and prostitution were taking place. However we have been criticized saying that we are making too much money. Mike Epps a multimillionaire buys his childhood block and is praised. A small business like us does it and we are criticized.
