A'vue is a coaching program that helps individuals suffering from addiction and mental health problems and guides them through the challenges of early recovery. A'vue can provide Intervention services to help you start the recovery process and can continue to support with you through the different phases of recovery.

A’vue Counseling and Consulting has a new office suite in River North, Chicago. Been quite the labor of love but I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to serve individuals and groups who struggle with addiction and mental disorders.

While skiing in Vail, I snapped this pic up the gondola ride to remind me to never miss a moment. I almost didn't ski this day. I had a different agenda and attitude. It was a bluebird day and I am forever grateful I didn't miss the fresh powder or the many moments spent with great people. It reminds me to take opportunity and that when life opens a door it is my choice to walk through it with the right attitude.
