Only 2 months after our journey began and this fantastic mom is back in beach body shape. We repaired her re**us diastasis liposuctions her abdomen, flanks, bra rolls, upper back and sacral area and then reinjected the fat into her hips and butt, and then removed all of her excess tummy skin to give her a great contour. Because I tailor everyone’s procedure specifically for them with their desires and goals in mind we were able to get her exactly the silhouette she was looking for.

“They say summer bodies are made in the winter.” That’s what my patient told me when she texted me this very early after shot. At only a bit over a month post op she’s going to have quite the summer body. Most patients see the majority of their swelling go down at about 3 months and the scar will fade significantly over the next 6 to 9 months. I removed all of her excess tummy skin with a scar that’s low enough to never be seen even in a small bikini, liposuctioned her sides to give her a great contour and fixed an old breast reduction which left her flat and square by performing a breast lift with a small implant. 15 months after our journey began and this fantastic hard hitting corporate professional and mom is back in beach body shape. This amazing patient lost a significant amount of weight and was then left with a significant amount of excess skin. She came in with complaints of her significant loose arm skin that made wearing short sleeves difficult. Deflated and saggy breasts and loose tummy skin that hung down around her pants. To be safe we decided on a plan of 2 procedures. In the first surgery we addressed her arms and breasts with an extended arm lift (brachioplasty) and carried that incision down the side of her breast into her breast lift incision where we did a full breast lift WITHOUT an implant. Prior to surgery we had decided to see if the size we could achieve without an implant would make her happy and if not we could put an implant in at her second surgery. Luckily a full B was just enough for her and on her second surgery coming up we will address her waist and do a circumferential body lift.
