You only have two more Mondays to join Shanna for Yoga with a Chair before it leaves our weekly class schedule!

We love the use of chair in yoga for so many reasons - accessibility, inclusivity, creativity - and Shanna is truly a master of chair yoga and adaptive teaching. We're sad to see this offering go but contemplating ways that we can bring it back in other formats. Hopefully this is a "see you later" than a "goodbye".

New Year's resolutions weighing you down? Overwhelmed with the pressure of new year/new you messaging?

What if instead of focusing on all the things that need to change, we practice compassion and endurance?

When we acknowledge and honor things as they are, we ultimately experience more peace and less suffering.

Let's put some time and energy into understanding radical acceptance (what it is and what it isn't) and how we can apply it to ourselves and the things we cannot change.

This 75-minute virtual session with Molly Page will include a slow, meditative physical practice, and some quiet time for contemplation and journaling. Bring all of your pillows and props for some yin poses and an extended and partially-guided savasana.
