🔅I’m not for everyone and that’s okay!
🔅It took me a long time to feel okay with this concept. I thought I needed to win everyone over.

Things I’ve learned along this 20 year journey as a Massage Therapist: self-care is paramount.

I’m no good to my clients or myself if I’m not taking care of me.

My self-care includes:
💚meditating twice daily
💚getting some movement, even if it’s 10 minutes
💚a little yoga
💚sitting quietly, especially in nature whenever I can.

20 years ago, this month, I graduated from massage school and embarked on a journey to find meaningful work- a career that supported me & added value to people’s lives.

I’ve added a few other methods to my list of offerings: Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Akashic Records Reader, & Reiki Master.

✨I can say, with all my 💚, I LOVE WHAT I DO!
✨This is meaningful work.
✨It’s a career that supports and sustains me- physically, mentally, emotionally & financially.
