About Us

The Chicago Center for Growth and Change is a group practice located in downtown Chicago.

At the Chicago Center for Growth and Change, we help adults, children, and families strengthen the relationships that matter most in their lives. Relationships come in many forms—your relationship with your body and mind, the people in your life, and your environment. Life events and transitions sometimes challenge these relationships and can leave you feeling stuck. We can help you take the steps you need to move forward.

My co-founder and I first crossed paths seven years ago while working as clinical psychologists at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. We developed a shared vision of a behavioral health wellness center that aligns closely with our values and beliefs.

  • We are passionate about building relationships with people from many walks of life.
