Karen enjoys teaching and practicing all forms of yoga from basic Kripalu to Power Vinyasa Flows. Her Yoga Teacher Training programs and teaching styles represent both Eastern and Western traditions. She specializes in creating unique core strengthening and body-sculpting yoga sequences. Passionate about the benefits of yoga, Karen founded Blue Moon Yoga and Fitness, Inc. in Ormond Beach, FL and o

wned and operated it from 2009-2013. This amazing experience has evolved into Karen's next endeavor with UbU Yoga & Fitness, her RYS™ with Yoga Alliance in Columbus, OH. In addition to her Lead Trainer role for individual classes, credentialed trainings and workshops at UbU Yoga & Fitness, Karen is a Yoga Retreat Leader with True Nature Travels. She likes to write, cook traditional Italian food, is fond of the arts, comedy, fine wine; and is married to "The World's Most Interesting Man," Steve. Karen is Mom to Lauren, Katelyn, Chad and Jonathan; bonus Mom to Jessica and Zach, and "Coco" to grandchildren Hudson, Clark, Lucca and Klein. Karen loves how yoga creates balance, creativity and structure to all aspects of her life, and enjoys offering opportunities for others to discover more about the amazing benefits yoga can provide for their wellbeing too.
