PSA: Please don’t ask your small, local striving Yoga Studio for a free class just because you are “checking out” their studio. They do not have the resources to do that like the big corporate (Core Power/ Health Clubs) do. They are offering a service that deserves to be paid for. If you don’t like the class, don’t come back.

You would not go to a restaurant and ask for a free trial meal. Or a hair salon and ask for a free trial haircut. Imagine asking a mechanic to do your oil change for free to see if you like the job they do! The professionals that offer classes as private local studios deserve respect and payment for their services, just like any other business.

It’s a small investment in your wellness.
