Alta Rehab at Fairmont Alta Rehab at Fairmont offers short-term rehabilitation, pain management and wound care. Families welcome! Visiting hours are from 10 am - 9 pm daily.

Alta Rehab at Fairmont excels in creating a warm and friendly family atmosphere that prevails throughout the campus. Should you need short term rehabilitation following surgery or an injury, we offer a full suite of therapy and excellent nursing care in beautiful surroundings to help you get back on your feet. If you are seeking long term care for a loved one, we offer a friendly family atmosphere that will encourage residents to gain mobility and retain independence with the support of our staff and new friends. All of our residents are valued members of our family, and we offer the C.H.O.I.C.E program to encourage residents to remain in control over the decisions that relate to their care and their independence. Alta Rehab at Fairmont has been part of our community for over 40 years. Our facility offers skilled nursing, transitional rehabilitation, and long term care to people of all ages. Our dedicated subacute care rehabilitation unit has beautifully remodeled private and semi-private rooms. The unit also offers specialized activities dedicated to our subacute rehabilitation patients. Our facility offers a variety of other spaces to interest all:
-Town Square which includes a game room, juke box, Bistro, laundromat and movie theater
-Computer facilities
-Ice Cream Parlor
-Outdoor garden and patio
-Rehabilitation gym
-Colorful bird aviary
-In house pets
-Library

At Alta Rehab at Fairmont, we also offer additional special services to help our residents maintain personal dignity and fun in their lives:
-Beauty salon and barbershop services
-Laundry room in addition to regular laundry services
-Daily sit down meal service in our Dining Room offering several entree choices and a dessert cart
-Daily activities, classes, and religious services
-Monthly outings to area attractions
-Live entertainment, special holiday celebrations and seasonal parties are enjoyed by residents and staff together. We welcome friends and family. Please come by for the day or for any special event.
