Did you know that 75-86% of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch comes from the fishing industry? (including fishing nets and ropes, buoys, buckets, and crates)

"When we think about using less plastic, things that come to mind are ditching reusable water bottles and choosing paper or reusable bags. But dropping fish from your diet is another way to keep plastic out of the environment. Loved this conversation with Calen Otto on the Unruly Travel & Living podcast!

"Though we usually connect food with just fullness and hunger, on episode #81 of the Unruly Podcast Taylor explains how food impacts our focus, mood stability, brain function, motivation, and nervous system regulation. In this episode we not only discuss the impacts of restricting food, but ways to heal your relationship with it and your body.

We dive into the difference of subjectively vs objectively being with your body, unpack why an unnourished brain can’t do the deeper healing work, and untangle veganism vs a plant-based, health-focused diet."

Taylor Wolfram, an anti-diet dietitian, shares about intuitive eating, vegan nutrition, healing eating disorders and body neutral affirmations in this podcast episode.
