Natasha is a relational therapist who helps people strengthen their relationships & reconnect — with themselves, with food, and with the people they care about most.
Natasha loves supporting:
🧍🏽♀️ Individuals: especially those navigating eating disorders/disordered eating, perfectionism/anxiety, dating/relationship challenges, or life transitions
👩🏽🤝👩🏼 Couples and families: who want to communicate better, feel confident making big decisions and navigating transitions, explore identity or cultural differences, move through conflict, or just feel more connected again.
🌈 Her approach is trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and deeply aware of the cultural and systemic forces that shape how we experience ourselves, our bodies, and each other.
She’s currently accepting clients for weekday and evening sessions, both in-person (Chicago Loop) and via telehealth for those in Illinois.
