Hello and Welcome! I'm Grainne McKeown.

I am thrilled to finally launch this page!

As a licensed Acupuncturist and Board Certified Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner in Chicago, I've dedicated over two decades to studying and practicing various healing modalities. My approach combines Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, as well as offering guidance on yoga, meditation, and breathing- all designed to support your personal journey to wellness.

I specialize in the areas of women's health and emotional well-being. My primary areas of focus are:

* Fertility and Preconception: I create tailored Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine plans to optimize conception, whether you are trying naturally or undergoing IVF/IUI.

* Perimenopause and Menopause: I balance hormonal changes using Acupuncture and herbs, providing lifestyle support so you navigate these transitions with ease.

* Anxiety and Depression: I use East Asian Medicine to strengthen your internal resources and restore balance, helping you to reclaim your energy, motivation, and zest for life.
