Dr. Michael Stefan Hytros Dr. Michael Hytros is dedicated to providing each patient with the best medical care available.

He is a Board Certified physician in Family, Internal, and Bariatric Medicine. He is also certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Michael Hytros is a Board Certified physician in Family, Internal, and Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Hytros began his medical training at the renowned and highly credited Nicolas Copernicus Medical Academy Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. His valuable experience inlcudes a Rotating Internship at the Medical Academy in Krakow, where he interned in Internal Medicine. While in Krakow, Dr. Hytros also interned in General Surgery and Oncologic Surgery at the Institute of Oncology. Dr. Hytros continued his practice of medicine in the United States as a resident in family medicine at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, and at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor. In 1992, Dr. Hytros went on to open his own clinic on Addison St., and has been at the same location since. During his medical career, Dr. Hytros has received numerous awards, including:

• America’s Top Family Doctors (2003 through 2022)
• Most Compassionate Doctor of America (2009 - 2021)
• Patients’ Choice Award (2009 - 2021)
• Best of the Best Physicians in Illinois

In addition, Dr. Hytros consistently receives excellent health grades as a “Five Star Doctor” at Resurrection Medical Center.
