O.M.to the G! I just got ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed 😭🦷
And let me tell you… this was a JOURNEY

From infection → pain → anxiety → SURGERY → healing

I was scared, hungry, swollen, and questioning everything 😂
BUT I listened to my body, stayed gentle with myself, and now I’m healing ✨

If you’re about to go through this…
You got this. Seriously. 💛

Soft foods, rest, patience, and grace
Your body knows what to do

Now excuse me while I eat my soft girl meals and recover like a Goddess 👑
