This patient was getting a tummy tuck and we also do Vaser Lipo of the abdomen and flanks with our tummy tucks, so she opted to transfer the fat to the breasts.

We added PRP to improve the results (these days we are adding biosomes to make it EVEN better!). There’s almost no downside of transferring the fat to the breasts when you already have it, if you’re a good candidate (meaning you don’t really have significant sagging). Always good to touch base on goals for the breasts during the consult and see if it’s a good fit for you.

Enhancing breast without breast implants!

This is a patient who is about 6 weeks out from breast fat transfer. It’s a great option for people who want a boost in the breast size and fullness and are already getting Lipo done elsewhere on the body (either are getting tummy tuck, or Lipo 360). We already have the fat sitting there ready to go and there’s virtually no downside of transferring it to the breasts. We can get up to a cup size improvement and lately we have been using PRP or Exosomes to improve the fat take even more!
