Today, we’re celebrating Ranae Weyer, our incredible Research Associate Manager. Since joining 3Dhealth in 2019 and stepping into her leadership role in 2022, Ranae has been instrumental in overseeing our research function and strengthening the data that drives our work. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure our partners have the insights they need to make confident decisions.

🎉 How do you like to celebrate your birthday?
“I’m not particularly keen on big, extravagant events. The best way I know how to enjoy my birthday these days is to spend the entire day with my twin brother Brian, my parents, and my fiancé Summer. Going to a nice restaurant is a typical tradition — the cuisine is usually picked the day of.”
🎉 What’s one wish or goal you have for the year ahead?
“My goal this year is to grow professionally. I want to be someone who is knowledgeable and reliable for others to count on — no matter the task. That means asking more questions, pushing myself a little further, and participating as much as I can.”
