Over the weekend, Liz Blanchard joined Spartanburg’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s in honor of her mother, Jeannette, and to raise awareness for those affected by the disease.

Liz shared why this cause holds deep personal meaning:

“I am walking to honor my beautiful mother, my forever Mother of the Year, who is living with Alzheimer’s. My family and I (including my brothers Shane & Travis) have seen firsthand the devastation and challenges that come with this diagnosis. I am walking to raise awareness and funds for the vital research, care and support that families like ours depend on every day.

Now more than ever, organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association and the caregivers who show up with love and resilience need our help! Alzheimer’s is a daunting disease, and it’s essential that no one feels alone in navigating it with their loved ones. I’m walking so that future generations won’t have to experience the cruelty of this disease, so my daughter, nephews, and nieces can look forward to a world without Alzheimer’s. I’m walking because my mom taught me to show up and care for others. I know she’d be right here walking beside me if she could.”

We’re excited to welcome Grace Delaney to 3Dhealth as our newest Research Associate!

A proud Elmhurst, IL native and recent University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign graduate, Grace brings a strong background in Molecular & Cellular Biology and a passion for meaningful, data-driven work that makes a difference in healthcare access.

When she’s not diving into research or data insights, you can find Grace:

Grace describes herself in one word: Energetic — and her drive shows. She’s been a dedicated volunteer at a local dog shelter, a primary care clinic for uninsured patients, and a tutor for underprivileged children in Chicago.

We’re proud to celebrate Ranae Weyer, our Research Associate Manager, on her 6-year anniversary with 3Dhealth!

Ranae joined 3Dhealth in October 2019 as a Research Associate and was promoted to Research Associate Manager in 2022. In her role, she oversees the research function across 3Dhealth—leading a talented team responsible for building and testing physician supply databases, conducting in-depth primary and secondary research, and executing outreach to assess real-time physician access.

📣When asked about her biggest win over the last year, Ranae shared:
“Successfully training and leading a team of Research Associates and Contractors to surpass our goals at 3Dhealth.”

📣Her favorite parts of the role?

On October 4th, 3Dhealth Team Member Richard Salinas participated in Chicago’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s, continuing a family tradition that began over a decade ago.

Richard shared why this cause holds deep personal meaning:
“I am walking to honor my great-grandmother, Josephine Walowski, who passed away in 2013 after battling Alzheimer's for about a decade. My mother and aunt, who were caregivers of my great-grandmother, have participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Chicago since 2010 and I have participated in it since 2013. Watching someone you love slowly lose their memory and identity is one of the hardest experiences to go through. I know how difficult it was for the rest of my family who took care of her as she went through this battle. It is important to me that my great-grandmother and other people who have suffered from this disease be remembered for the person that they were, and that Alzheimer's disease never overshadows their lasting impact and legacy. I walk for the people out there who are currently fighting this disease. I walk for the caregivers who help aid and support the people affected by this disease every day. I walk for the continuous efforts in research by doctors and researchers around the world in finding out more about the causes and what may help to prevent it. I walk for the eventual cure to Alzheimer's Disease.”
