Located on Chicago’s Northwest side with a first floor facility. We provide ample FREE front door parking for patients, family, friends and handicap access. Our specially trained, high skilled surgeons are credentialed by our center and use the most advanced surgical tools available. Our staff provides clinical excellence and the highest level of professional patient care. Our center includes four state-of-the-art surgical suites, patient reception area, recovery room and a comfortable waiting room for your family. Belmont / Harlem Surgery Center is a free-standing facility licensed and regulated by the Illinois Department of Public Health and accredited by the Joint Commission.
