Chair + Mat Pilates
50-minute full-body class that combines the support and resistance of the Pilates chair with the flow and control of traditional mat Pilates. Expect a challenging mix of strength, balance, core work, and mobility as you move between chair-based exercises and mat sequences. This class is designed for those with prior Pilates experience who are ready to build strength, improve stability, and deepen their practice through more advanced movement patterns and transitions.
Wednesdays at 5pm beginning April 15th!
