LOOK AT THE STEP AHEAD NOT THE STAIRCASE✨

This was literally so much fun couldn’t have done it without such an amazing team not going to lie was really intimidating at first but especially because the staircase was narrow and no air circulation which made it harder. This is where it’s important to remember to look at the step ahead and not the staircase.

Pretty random but what played in my head was “ just keep swimming just keep swimming what do we do is just swim swim “ from finding Nemo. 🤣🤣 at that moment I would laugh and kept going we got this and we made it 99 floors!!

JUST SHOW UP ✨

Fitness doesn’t only create healthy bodies but also helps build character. The problem I see often and am even guilty myself is that we like different to much and expect to change when we should like the become to like the same to see change. To have the same meals everyday to have a same workout regimen to track and progressive overload. There’s so much variety and different variables how can we grow from unstable foundations . Discipline builds the foundation and faithfulness needed to get to the next level. This can be taught through fitness that’s why it’s more than just physical. Life be lifing sometimes I get it we’re all human doesn’t matter how many times or how long it takes readjust and adapt. Just keep showing up it gets better.

Creating balance as a full time mom o with busy schedules while wanting to implement fitness can be a lot sometimes, but doesn’t have to be done alone!

We are stronger than our excuses 💪🏼

KEEP GOING. STAY FAITHFUL. ✨

We did not come this far to only come this far!! We can feel as if our progress feels like it’s stalling, but that’s not the only focus. We must build faith on God first than our goals to help back it up. Having God as our firm foundation and putting faith into our goals stewarding forward our discipline to build a strong temple. Fitness teaches us to become more patient and focus on building those healthy habits instead of outcomes it’s where it’s at..

I CANT MOVE IT MOVE IT ANYMORE 🤣

I’m not going to lie when during this climb I was caught in between letttsss gooooo hyping myself up and another part. Was like oh my goodness what I get myself into😂 not only was this challenging but same time was fun! So glad and am grateful to have been able to climb for those who can’t American Lung Association!

DOESN’T HAVE TO BE FANCY. JUST GET IT DONE.✨

When at home workouts are underrated and you make it happen with what you have! Part of being a trainer is that I can use my creativity to improvise my workouts with my resources. Needed that extra resistance so I added in a band to do just that. Don’t let it full you, to prevent injury you must take control of the weight over tension slow controlled movements is the way to go. ALWAYS. As we get older the goal is more focused on injury prevention vs hitting that PR in peak performance. Still focusing on strength overall just in a more efficient way. I always say technique and form is key and just build on top of that. It’s a practice that can also be brought home.

ADJUST & ADAPT✨

Let’s face it motherhood gets busy/busier everyday you don’t really know what will happen if nap time will be 1hr or 3 hr(break time). This window is the for “me time” to workout session in. Realistically I aim for 3days 4 days if I’m lucky. Other times I just try to stay active even if it’s with my lil man 🥹❤️

DO IT ANYWAYS✨

Let’s face it we are all tired running tight schedules and have given every excuse not to show up. Instead of not doing it tomorrow DO IT ANYWAYS.

Do you know how many times I’ve had to start over? How many times I’ve failed? Those workout we choose to do when we are at a low motivation streak or depressed that’s when it matters most. Honestly no matter how long it takes just keep showing up.

If you want to become a healthier version of self build those habits one day at a time. Don’t have to be perfect just consistent. The moment you take focus off from an outcome and focus more on how you feel at that moment and those small wins that’s enough to keep you going.

Do it tired. Do it unmotivated. Do it without any feelings.

Action creates more action and motivation coms after that🤌🏼

March has been a great month for the StrongHer Bootcamps!! So grateful to be in collaboration with . We couldn’t have done weekly bootcamps without you that’s why we have decided on adding an additional class starting Wednesday evening 4/22 at 6pm! Not everyone is able to do one on one training.

I meet you where you are at and provide modifications as needed to help you on the path towards hitting those fitness goals. Let’s build strength, confidence & community April 2026!!

BIG BACK ACTIVITIES ✨

It’s not always about how much you can lift. Most injuries happen when we EGO lift and lift more than we should..

That’s the tricky part on when is it appropriate to increase intensity n weight.

Just like anything weight training is a practice. PRACTICE form and technique slow control movements allows you to get mind to muscle connection. Control the weight or it’ll control you.

Rule of thumb perform good form for 15 solid reps. If you perform with good form that’s your sign can increase intensity n weight . Build on top of that n that’s how you GAIN STRENGTH.
