I am thinking of you today this May ! It’s and Month! Check back here this month for tips . And here is one to love the skin you’re in . Please make sure you add some colorful carrots, raspberries and coconut oil to your skin. It’s a natural UV blocker and skin protector, but we love the sun. Also add some cucumbers, mushrooms, parsley and h**p seeds on your salad, with some iron and B vitamins in your smoothie. We’re making sure we get Vitamin D, K, Calcium and all the supporting elements we need for maximum absorption.

I’ve said this before and as a I’ve dived in to more food research and using myself as client … ALL HEALTHY FOOD IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. Here are some Foods I’m watching and some totally cutting out !
Sweet Potatoes
Loaded with carbs → can spike blood sugar, increase water retention, and leave me feeling puffy, instead I’ve been eating Japanese purple and adding Ceylon cinnamon
• Oatmeal
Marketed as heart-healthy, but for me → creates sluggish digestion and unstable energy and stay in the system too long , keeping blood sugar levels elevated
• Quinoa
High in carbs and can be irritating to the gut → get the red ones and soak them . Listen, I’m trying to stay tight, defined, and inflammation-free
• Bananas
Quick sugar hit → can lead to energy crashes and fat storage instead of steady fuel, so eat the baby or b***o ones
• Lentils
Great for some, but for me → bloating, heaviness, and not enough usable protein and lecithins can cause to many challenges. Not for me , I’m making an effort to live inflammation free .
