Good evening, SAC followers. We are now accepting insurance for BCBS, Illini care who recently merged with Aetna Better Health. If you have insurance and have a DUI. The cost of the Evaluation $125.00 / 10 hours Risk Education $125.00. Please be advised!! You must show proof of Insurance for the service. If you have a different type of insurance, it is not guaranteed that it will cover your treatment. Must get a pre-authorization for services. ALL ARE WELCOMED!!!

Good evening Fbf. We are officially accepting insurance for Medicaid participants for Level 1 and Level 2 Substance use treatment. We would have to get approval from your insurance company. We are not responsible to edit any documentation at the cost of our agency. All new documentation needs to be paid for. Failure to report important information Will result in your Driver's License being on hold or you getting denied at the Hearing. All information is important.
