One of the most important skills we can develop on a growth path is energetic discernment.

Not everything that is “true,” “helpful,” or even well-intended is meant to live in your field.

I work in the realm of energy—Reiki, the body, chakras, subtle awareness, intuition. This is the language my system speaks fluently. And while I deeply respect many modern “Western” frameworks, I’ve noticed something very clear in my own body:

When I lean too heavily into realms that are not my primary language, especially through media or excessive external opinions, I feel it immediately.
A tightening. A dullness. A quiet second-guessing that wasn’t there before.

Nothing dramatic. Just… wonk.

This is how energetic conflict shows up.

It often doesn’t look like chaos. It looks like:
• doubt creeping in after clarity
• overthinking after momentum
• questioning yourself when things were actually flowing
• abandoning what was working because another voice sounded convincing

This is one of the most subtle forms of self-sabotage.

Not because the information is “wrong,” but because it’s misaligned with your frequency.

Everything you consume enters your field.
What you watch.
What you read.
Who you listen to.
The conversations you linger in.

And your nervous system, your body, and your energy always know whether something is resonant or conflicting—even when your mind tries to justify it.

The question is not:
“Is this valid?”

The question is:
“Does this support my expansion or does it pull me out of myself?”

You are allowed to choose coherence over constant input.
You are allowed to trust the realm that speaks to you most clearly.
You are allowed to curate your field with devotion.

When your inner world is coherent, your outer world responds.

This is how we stop outsourcing our power.
This is how we stay in alignment.
This is how we consciously create our reality.

Thursday Check-In: Rest, Energy, and Reiki ✨

We’ve been moving through such powerful cosmic energies lately: shifts that can feel both exhilarating and overwhelming. These frequencies often show up in our bodies and lives in surprising ways:

Feeling extra tired or needing more rest than usual
Heightened emotions or sudden waves of clarity
Restlessness in sleep or vivid dreams
Old patterns surfacing to be released

This is not a sign that anything is wrong. it’s your system adjusting, expanding, and integrating.

Here’s how to check in with yourself this week:
Pause and place a hand over your heart or belly.
Ask, “What does my body need right now?”
Listen. Even if the answer is rest, stillness, or a slower pace.

Rest is sacred. It’s in stillness that the upgrades can truly land.

Cracking Open into Light ✨

Recently I communed again with sacred medicine in deep ceremony, lovingly held by friends.

One of the things Source kept giving to me was the sound of glass shattering, breaking again. I kept hearing “crack open.”

I find with each season of my life, including this space, I am asked to crack open to see the truth of things and to see those spaces in my life that are still stuck or murky.

To constantly surrender to the darkness of space, to give up a little more control, to become even more friendly with the unknown.

There are moments on the path when life asks us to crack open.
Not in destruction: but in sacred becoming.

Through the years and through the seasons, Reiki has always been a constant. Sometimes gently and slowly, other times with the force of a gale wind quickly toppling one thing after another, Reiki has blown cobwebs and deepened awareness. It has relaxed while also lighting a fire inside, the fire of action and potent personal power.

Just as a seed must break its shell to reach the light, and a diamond is formed under pressure until its brilliance emerges: we, too, are invited to release the old layers that no longer serve, so that our radiance can come through.

Reiki holds us in this threshold. The energy flows gently, dissolving resistance, softening the heart, and opening space where new light can enter. It is not about being broken — it is about being revealed.

🌸 To crack open is to allow more love, more truth, more soul to shine through.
