Navigating the menopause journey can be a confusing and frustrating time during a person’s life. Symptoms are varied and often change on a daily basis; however, relief may be found through meditation, pranayama, and the asanas of yoga.
Each workshop will be centered around a common menopause symptom and will feature education, a sharing circle, and a yoga practice.

THIS SATURDAY 🌙 Tap into the lunations of October with .rutledge.yoga & .chevalier.yoga for their Autumn Lunar Ceremony from 6:30-8:30p.

During the ceremony, we will take the time to create space in our energetic bodies with a tea ceremony and bay leaf release ritual as well as create the pathways to welcome in the abundant gifts around us with a group mandala creation.
We will take the time to connect to our bodies and intentions with a gentle yoga practice and sound bath session all while honoring our link to the natural cycles around us.

🚨NEW TEACHER ALERT🚨

Everyone please give a warm welcome to our newest teacher, Sam Torres! Sam, a Southern California native, radiates the sunshine energy of her roots wherever she goes. With six years of experience as a nurse in the fast-paced and demanding environments of the emergency room and post-surgical units, she finds solace in yoga. She completed her first 200-hour Teacher Training in Guatemala in 2022, and her second 200-hour Teacher Training at Moksha in 2024.

Sam dreams of creating a class space where yogis can come together, share their energy, and embark on their inward journeys. With her unique blend of medical expertise and yogic wisdom, she provides a nurturing and supportive space for all who seek the transformative power of yoga.

You can find Sam teaching at Moksha on Saturdays at 1PM. ✨
