Navigating the menopause journey can be a confusing and frustrating time during a person’s life. Symptoms are varied and often change on a daily basis; however, relief may be found through meditation, pranayama, and the asanas of yoga.
Each workshop will be centered around a common menopause symptom and will feature education, a sharing circle, and a yoga practice.
