Hey all — I’ve been quietly working on something that means a lot to me.
After years of working in — and witnessing — toxic dynamics within private practice settings, I decided to create a self-paced program for therapists who are ready to better understand the business side of our field, recognize exploitative workplace patterns, and learn how to move toward ethical, sustainable independence.
This program is for fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians who are tired of:
• unclear pay structures
• unpaid labor being normalized
• burnout being treated as a personal failing
• feeling emotionally manipulated in “family-style” workplaces
• and questioning their own worth in environments that profit from their exhaustion
I’m almost done creating it, and I wanted to share a blog post that explains why I built it and the experiences that led me here.
