Frozen foods tend to have a reputation for being unhealthy and overprocessed. And while there are some frozen foods that fit this description, there are many frozen products that can be just as healthy as the fresh version.

Be sure to sign up for Croissant Sol’s upcoming two-day ServSafe Food Protection Manager class on August 31st and September 1st from 9 am - 3 pm! This class is intended for food service managers, restaurant owners, caterers. and retail food service employees. This class will conclude with the certifying exam.
