Summertime Chi is around the corner and so is festival season! If your business plans to serve food at Chicago’s neighborhood festivals and street fairs this summer, Croissant Sol, LLC is offering City of Chicago Summer Festival Food Safety Certification Classes to help vendors meet the city’s required training and prepare for safe, successful festival operations. Registration is now open on the Croissant Sol website. Private classes are available for businesses and vendor teams who would like to train together. Frozen foods tend to have a reputation for being unhealthy and overprocessed. And while there are some frozen foods that fit this description, there are many frozen products that can be just as healthy as the fresh version.
