We had a busy week practicing at both DePaul University and The University of Chicago. There was running, walking, and socializing over pizza! Join us tomorrow at the Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center for some time on the track.

Thanks to our new friends at DePaul University, we were able to have our first ever winter practice! You can join the fun (and comfort) of indoor track workouts on Friday nights for weeks to come.

Fall marathon season has wrapped! And we had so many Achilles Chicago athletes run a marathon (or 2!) this season. We had 5 athletes run the Chicago Marathon and 2 run the NYC marathon right after. Congratulations to all our athletes and the guides who helped them cross the finish line! !
