Flowers on Flowers : Petals, Pre-rolls & Prosecco

I woke up craving a hearty breakfast and deicided to make something easy to eat on the go, so a Chorizo Potato Egg Spinach Wrap Burrito it was!

1. Cook your diced potatoes in a frying pan.
2. Once the potatoes are slightly browned, add the chorizo to the pan, while the potatoes finish cooking.
3. Mix the chorizo completely into your cooked potatoes for 7-10 minutes. I like mine a little crispy!
4. Pour your eggs into your mixed potatoes and chorizo and gently scramble.
5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of of your liking and chopped cilantro or green onion.
6. Serve immediately OR watch a TikTok videos on "how to fold a damn burrito" like I did and dasssssit maaamiiii!

Excited to announce The Glizzness is adding a new Vegan Boricua Dog to our Food pop-up at Fiesta Boricua Chicago this Labor Day weekend! I’m subbing our Pink Sauce, Cheddar Sauce, Puerto Rican ground beef toppings for Vegan substitutions!

I need help with selecting a trusted vegan dog brand! Any recommendations that you swear by?

OMG!!! Blueberry 🫐 Lemon 🍋 Protein Muffins w nut, oat & seed topping!!!!

🫐1C Dates
🫐 3 Eggs 🥚
🫐3 Ripe Bananas 🍌

Blend in food processor until frothy!

Add:

🫐1c GF Flour
🫐1c Protein Powder (I used veggie vanilla, it bakes well!
🫐1tsp ACV
🫐1tsp baking soda
🫐Blueberries
🫐Lemon rind and juice!

Topped w : H**p seeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, gf oats, and a little butter!

Bake at 350° for 12-15!

We are currently accepting 5 clients for Meal prepping services at Sana Cuchara Kitchen, which is re-opening for the Summer 2023 (June - August)! Sana Cuchara Test Kitchen, will test out new fresh, never frozen, recipes and plan for a hard re-launch in 2024. Our goal is to be able to rent a shared commercial grade kitchen and grow Sana Cuchara into a full fledged meal prep company, inspired by Latino/Caribbean cuisine.

Lunch and dinner packages only:
- $130 flat rate for 10 meals for pick-up (Austin Area)
- Delivery available (fee by mileage)
- No food restrictions/allergies at the moment
