Join the Wellness Center in partnership with the Wellness Wolfpack, WSGS Program, Parkinson School, and Equip as we screen the exclusive film, Your Fat Friend.

This film is about fatness, complexities of change, the messy feelings we hold about bodies, and diet culture. Staring Aubrey Gordon (podcast host & NYTimes bestselling author) she aims to provoke a paradigm shift in how we talk about fat and fat on our bodies.

Do you have an interest in nutrition, sustainability, and food equity? 🥬Applicaitons are open to join Nourish LUC, a cohort of students that will embark on a yearlong experience in learning about nutrition, diet choices, sustainable food production, food procurement, food access equity, environmental impacts, and food preparation. 🧄Nourish LUC meets on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30pm every other week. 🫛 A full meal will be provided at each meeting and a certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the academic year.

Nourish LUC is a collaboration between the Wellness Center, Loyola Dining, and the School of Environmental Sustainability.

Do you have an interest in nutrition, sustainability, and food equity? July 24th is National Self-Care Day! And while self-care can be a lot of things, we often confuse it with actions that are self-soothing. As we go into this new school year, we're going to highlight the ways we can "take care." What's your favorite way to "take care?" 👇
