Some client stories just need to be told.

Todd Brown started running on Jan 1st, 2008 as a new year’s resolution to lose weight and quit smoking. He has run 40,619 miles since that first run on the treadmill. That's 9,183 short of two trips around the earth! He has run 100+ ultramarathons including 18 – 100 mile finishes and 12 – 100K finishes. He has also run 100+ road races including Marathons in Scotland, Iceland, Germany, and Africa. As well as finishing the Boston Marathon five times, the Chicago Marathon three times and the NYC marathon. Todd is currently on his way to completing the six major Marathons.

Todd is such an inspiration with every race he runs. His perseverance and fortitude are matched by his humility. LSM asked if he wouldn't mind a photo with his medals, there was barely enough room on the table! LSM is honored to be a part of his training regimen and hope his story inspires others to take that first step.

My go to for an at home destresser. You can use a wall, your headboard or what I do is reverse my posture on the recliner. Feet by headrest and head on foot rest. It truly calms the nervous system.
