This virtual event is dedicated to addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by the Black community, while also celebrating joy, compassion, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries.

The event aims to create a supportive and empowering space for participants to share experiences, learn from experts, and engage in meaningful discussions.
