(Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities), and the Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corp, invites you to Empowering Change: Pathway to Care and Well-Being for Successful Reentry on Thursday, June 20.

UI Health Mile Square Health Center is committed to serving the residents of the 15th Ward and looks forward to meaningful collaboration with schools, faith leaders, and local organizations to advance health equity and access.

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming UI Health Mile Square Health Center CEO, Dr. Karriem Watson, and his team to the 15th Ward Office. Mile Square is a Federally Qualified Health Center located within the 15th Ward’s Back of the Yards community. They offer a range of services, including primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and dental care at their clinic located at 4630 S. Bishop Street.

I look forward to connecting them with our school, faith & community partners in expanding our connectivity on issues related to health, literacy, food & nutrition, and so much more!
