CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE SESH

Join in for an intimate evening as the full moon approaches with some gentle restorative yoga, sound therapy, and connection. Perfect for grounding and relaxation after dinner--evening timing may encourage deeper rest and connection with the day's lunar energy.

Thanks for everyone visiting my FB page and checking it out.
If you have been trying to see my web page...

Well..i just realized it was wiped out during a recent server migration. The graphics there, but the body and information about my clinic was nuked, disappeared, ka-blooeyed...etc.
I will be working to get it back up and running this weekend.

In the mean time, if you have any questions, want to schedule an appointment or just drop in and say hi; I am open!
