One month in class and it has not disappointed. It's been a whole vibe coming out of the chair and off the screen! Having a total blast in the soundproof phone booths at 😆 More movement, outside time, various coffee choices ☕and won the student lottery - they are pretty dope. Feeling re-energized and loving this new chapter 🙏

Ancestral wisdom. But it still applies. Your central nervous system is a liar.
Unrecognized relationship trauma will show up in overcompensating or over correcting.

Don't confuse calm with boring. Just because there isn't something going on ALL THE TIME doesn't mean something is wrong or not going well. Prioritize peace.

Whether you're new here or are an OG, welcome/welcome back! In this season I'm still sharing the 💎 to help couples win, pivoting to Divorce Mediation (stay tuned) and living out the legacy with teaching and education!

I'm also leaning into practicing what I preach. Being booked and busy is cool 👌. But I need to learn how to sit down too 😆 The interventions from the tribe have been real but I am here for it! I'm working on it and will share that part of the journey. Looking forward to more peace and genuine connection to self. To be continued...

This is a LOADED topic 🔫 and I want to know your thoughts. Marriage is a fantasy in a good way. Not like it's not real or doesn't happen. It can be a fairytale...once you create it.

Some people fall in love with the fantasy of marriage but don't understand the work it takes to create it. Putting on jewelry, saying some words in front of people and signing some documents are the first steps.

Long term marriage - and to be successful in it - is not always getting what you want, meeting someone else's needs sometimes and consistently learning and growing. You don't graduate - it's lifelong education.

You know I'm and believe it can be amazing and not just for the likes. It's definitely a "you get what you give" situation. What do you think - tap in on the comments below ⬇️

I just needed to make sure someone knew...we just wrapped up the Women's Divorce and Separation Empowerment Group - and let me tell you, the screen couldn't hold the healing that came through!

We had an amazing group of women create a safe space around a topic that is very triggering and fragile. They were open, trusting and encouraging - it spoke to my heart work. It's definitely the beginning and not the end.

kept us grounded with authentic mindfulness that set the tone for each session. If you're battling anxiety or stress, you better contact her ASAP! For those who attended, a million THANK YOU'S! And immense gratitude to for their generosity in funding this group to make it possible. To be continued!

Does that make me sad? Yes. Is divorce necessary sometimes - yes. Does it have other be dramatic, messy or expensive? Absolutely not.

Popping in with a quick gratitude update. Had a blast this weekend speaking to over 200 dope black women at the Leadership Summit. The theme was Black Brilliance from the Inside Out and it did not disappoint! This tapped into my heart work in being able to share knowledge in a space designed for black growth and success. 🩷 Will circle back soon with a few nuggets I think we can all use - stay cool in the meantime!
