I just needed to make sure someone knew...we just wrapped up the Women's Divorce and Separation Empowerment Group - and let me tell you, the screen couldn't hold the healing that came through!

We had an amazing group of women create a safe space around a topic that is very triggering and fragile. They were open, trusting and encouraging - it spoke to my heart work. It's definitely the beginning and not the end.

kept us grounded with authentic mindfulness that set the tone for each session. If you're battling anxiety or stress, you better contact her ASAP! For those who attended, a million THANK YOU'S! And immense gratitude to for their generosity in funding this group to make it possible. To be continued!

Popping in with a quick gratitude update. Had a blast this weekend speaking to over 200 dope black women at the Leadership Summit. The theme was Black Brilliance from the Inside Out and it did not disappoint! This tapped into my heart work in being able to share knowledge in a space designed for black growth and success. 🩷 Will circle back soon with a few nuggets I think we can all use - stay cool in the meantime!

Starting the day humbled finding out I am the new President of the Illinois Association of Couples and Family Counselors! 🙏 My father always asked if I would go into politics. Well, this is the closest we're gonna get 😆

You all know how much I love this work and am honored to be trusted to lead and create positive change. They don't even know what they've done 😂 LBVS

Here’s something to think about… When you feel disconnected from your partner, the first thing you may do is judge - them or the situation. But what if you flipped the script and got curious instead. Hear me out… Curiosity invites you to ask questions to understand more. Curiosity helps you listen without assuming, ask without blaming and understand instead of reacting. Intimacy grows when you choose exploring instead of criticizing. Try it this week and drop a comment below sharing one thing you’re curious to learn about your partner.

Just added Florida to the map! I’m now officially licensed to provide telehealth sessions all across the Sunshine State.

I always love meeting couples wherever they are sometimes in person, sometimes through a screen. Now Florida couples can get that same personalized support right from home.

If you and your partner are ready to build a stronger connection or navigate those off seasons, let’s connect!

Wrong person, terrible choice? 🤯
Too much pressure and ignoring your instincts are not a winning combination - and they won't create a happily ever after. Comment 🩷 and I'll send you the full article.

Which project 🪜⚒️ you choosing? Together or not, married, co-parenting or just trying things out. You need communication and connection no matter what. We build walls for protection even if it's against those we love. Bridges create openness and help you to move from one place to other.

Don't stay stuck. Choose wisely. ✌️

Comment PEACE and I'll send you my FREE Co-Parenting Workbook! Co-parenting isn’t easy—especially when communication keeps missing the mark.

You’re trying to keep things calm… but somehow, it still turns into a full-blown argument. That’s exactly why I created this free guide. 💬✨

It can help you set boundaries, lower the tension, and have less drama in your co-parenting dynamic (even if things have been rocky for a while).

You deserve more peace 💛
