Walking Is Most Common Exercise…
A survey of 396,261 adults found that walking is the most common form of physical activity. However, only about 1 in 4 walkers satisfies recommended physical activity guidelines. Most adults can meet these guidelines by averaging about 7,000–8,000 steps per day, especially if some of those steps are taken at a brisk pace.
