What’s for dinner?

Salad with various veggies and grilled salmon with Asian seasonings. I had Mexican and Italian foods over the weekend and these Asian flavors will add flavor to make this meal simple, tasty, and healthy.

I used a toothpick drop of ginger and turmeric essential oils in my dressing to aid with digestive and other helpful properties. A little going a long way when adding essential oils to food. It’s important to use essential oils safely.

Happy Friday! It’s an aromatherapy study day for my Functional Clinical course. I’ll be making Four Thieves Vinegar, Licorice Cough Syrup, Sage mouth and throat spray, Thyme honey, and Cough-Be-Gone Tea.

What’s for breakfast?
Optavia chocolate chip pancakes and I added sautéed cinnamon apple with monkfruit maple syrup.
