Happy Wednesday and hope you are having a productive week!
I had a great weekend watching Alex Hormozi’s 3rd book launch 100M + Model and see him capture the Guinness World record for highest number of nonfiction books sold within a 24 hour period and eventually selling 3.5M copies from Saturday thru Monday night. Plus give away so many business tools including a bonus to create a Skool community at a lifetime monthly discount of $9/month.

What’s for lunch?
At this cute Amish store, there was a woman selling peach slushy and they wete amazing as peaches are in season here in Jamesport MO. I saw she had nice looking eggplants and zucchinis along with other produce.
Today, I air fried the eggplant with a touch of extra virgin olive oil 350 degrees for 15 minutes flipped 1/2 way. Sauteed chopped small bites of zucchini and mushrooms in EVO for few minutes. Added Rao’s Arrabbiata sauce with the cooked zucchini and mushrooms. I made some penne pasta.
Final meal layer three large pieces of eggplant, about 1 cup of pasta, and spaghetti sauce with zucchini and mushrooms. I opted for no cheese. Basically an eggplant Parmesan without breading and cheese.
