In a recent study published by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, NBCRNA staff members Shahid Choudhry, PhD, MPH, Eric Deutz, M.Ed., Rajat Chadha, ICE-CCP, and Timothy J. Muckle, ICE-CCP detail the usage of the MAC Program to conduct a professional practice analysis (PPA). By embedding frequency ratings into the MAC Check assessments, they addressed common challenges of traditional surveys, such as low response rates and recall bias, while increasing engagement and data reliability.
